  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  • Reporting Timeframe: You must report any issues within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  2. Verification: Provide details about the issue, along with photos or videos of the defective or damaged product.
  3. Approval: Upon approval, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds are processed in cash and will be handed over at the time of product pickup.
  • The refund process may take 7-10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Items reported after the 7-day timeframe are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Replacement Policy
